• We conduct face to face interviews with all candidates ensuring we only accept suitable candidates who we have met and who we feel would make excellent teachers.  The interview process also lets candidates meet our team and ask any questions they may have. It is our experience that reputable education providers abroad want a partner they can trust who have met and assessed and where necessary trained potential teachers.
• All our candidates must have a Bachelors Degree (in any field) and be TEFL Qualified. If you don’t already have a TEFL qualification don’t worry we will train you as part of our process. We are partnered with The Irish College of English and Swan Training Institute, so candidates can get real hands on experience teaching pre departure.
• We charge a Fee on acceptance onto our programme.  This enables us to provide teachers with Pre Departure Orientation, TEFL Training if necessary , and most of all Support When Abroad. We do not operate on the principle of promoting schools who pay the most commission, we choose the schools we want to work with.
