The Ajou Language Institute, located on the campus of Ajou University in Suwon, South Korea, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic EFL/ESL Teacher to join its team. Position Overview

📍 Location: Ajou University, Suwon, South Korea

📚 Position: EFL/ESL Teacher (K–9 Students)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

📅 Start Date: ASAP

Teaching Responsibilities

• Teach English to students from Kindergarten through Grade 9.

• Deliver engaging and communicative lessons that support language development.

• Create a positive and productive learning environment.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and academic staff.

Class Information

👥 Maximum of 12 students per class

🎓 Student Levels: Kindergarten to Grade 9

Working Schedule

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

⏰ 1:20 PM – 8:40 PM

(Break Time: Approximately 3 hours)

Tuesday & Thursday

⏰ 4:00 PM – 9:10 PM

This schedule provides a balanced workload with significant break periods throughout the week.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

✔ Native English Speaker

✔ Valid F-2 or E-2 Visa

✔ Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement)

✔ TESOL/TEFL certification preferred

✔ At least one year of teaching experience, preferably in elementary or young learner education

💰 Approximately KRW 3.0 million per month
