Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate On-Site English ESL Teacher to join our team in Cupang, Muntinlupa City. The ideal candidate is committed to student success, demonstrates strong classroom management skills, and can adapt lessons to suit varying language levels and learning styles.
Additionally, we are hiring a Contractual English Teacher for our Winter Camp this coming December. This short-term teaching role is ideal for educators who enjoy fast-paced, dynamic classroom environments and wish to gain further ESL teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging on-site English lessons for ESL learners
Develop lesson plans tailored to students’ proficiency levels
Use interactive and creative teaching strategies to enhance learning
Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain accurate class records
Foster a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain teaching quality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field
TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certification preferred
Previous ESL teaching experience is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching
Willing to work on-site in Cupang, Muntinlupa City
Willingness to travel as required (preferred)
