About the Role

Anuban Phayao School, a government primary school in northern Thailand, is seeking two passionate Kindergarten ESL Teachers to join its team. You will work alongside a Thai co-teacher to teach children aged 3 to 6 years old in a supportive and nurturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy working with young learners and want to experience life in a welcoming Thai community.

• Location: Phayao, Thailand

• Student Age Group: 3–6 years old

• Salary: 35,000 THB/month (negotiable based on experience)

• Start Date: 1 May 2026

• Visa & Work Permit: Full sponsorship provided

Your Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment

• Deliver fun, interactive English lessons for young learners

• Model clear and simple English for daily communication

• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development

• Collaborate closely with your Thai co-teacher on classroom routines

• Work with colleagues to ensure student wellbeing

Requirements

Essential:

• Female foreign teacher

• Passion for working with young children

• Patient, nurturing, and positive teaching approach

• Energetic and creative in lesson delivery

• Strong teamwork skills with a co-teacher

• Cultural awareness and adaptability

Preferred:

• Experience in kindergarten or early years education

• ESL or early childhood education background

• Experience living or working abroad

• Basic knowledge of Thai culture
