About the Role

Thongsook College in Bangkok is currently hiring qualified and experienced Lecturers to teach at the undergraduate (and possibly postgraduate) level. This role is ideal for educators with a strong academic background in Linguistics, Education, Business, or related fields who are passionate about higher education and student development.

Candidates already based in Thailand and available for immediate start are strongly preferred.

• Student Level: University (undergraduate/postgraduate)

• Contract: 12-month renewable

• Start Date: Immediate (preferred)

• Salary: From 30,000 THB/month (based on experience)

• Teaching Hours: As per contract (extra hours paid additionally)

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and seminars

• Prepare and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments

• Integrate digital tools to enhance teaching and learning

• Provide academic guidance and constructive feedback to students

• Participate in research activities and share academic outputs

• Maintain strong classroom management and attend faculty meetings

Requirements

Essential:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Linguistics, Education, Business (MBA), or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience

• Strong English communication and instructional skills

• Proficiency in digital teaching tools

• Effective classroom management skills

• Age range: 30–50

• Candidates currently in Thailand preferred

• Non-native English speakers must provide IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent, within the last 2 years)

Preferred:

• Recent research publications (within the past 2 years)

• Experience teaching in higher education

• Knowledge of curriculum design and assessment

• Willingness to engage in academic development and college activities
