About This Role
Conduct online 1:1 business English classes from home for Live Inc (Tokyo, Japan) with adult learners worldwide, earning ¥1,600–2,200/hour on a flexible part-time basis.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1: 1 online Business English lessons using virtual collaboration tools
Plan and conduct engaging, goal-focused lessons tailored to adult learners
Assess learner needs and adjust content and approach accordingly
Provide clear feedback, error correction, and progress updates to students
Maintain professional online classroom conduct and reliable lesson delivery
Participate in initial training and follow company teaching guidelines
Requirements
Required: Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree, strong computer skills, and the ability to teach online 1:1 lessons to adult business learners.
Preferred: TESL, TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification and at least one year of English or Business English teaching experience.
Other: Reliable internet connection, quiet home office environment, and willingness to complete company training.
