About This Role

Conduct online 1:1 business English classes from home for Live Inc (Tokyo, Japan) with adult learners worldwide, earning ¥1,600–2,200/hour on a flexible part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1: 1 online Business English lessons using virtual collaboration tools

• Plan and conduct engaging, goal-focused lessons tailored to adult learners

• Assess learner needs and adjust content and approach accordingly

• Provide clear feedback, error correction, and progress updates to students

• Maintain professional online classroom conduct and reliable lesson delivery

• Participate in initial training and follow company teaching guidelines

Requirements

• Required: Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree, strong computer skills, and the ability to teach online 1:1 lessons to adult business learners.

• Preferred: TESL, TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification and at least one year of English or Business English teaching experience.

• Other: Reliable internet connection, quiet home office environment, and willingness to complete company training.
