About the teaching position:

Job description:

Craving teachers deliver fun and engaging lessons following a unique teaching methodology and provided materials. Our objective is to provide conversational practice to students while covering relevant and interesting topics. We offer paid training and ongoing professional development with community and social opportunities as well!

Responsibilities include:

Providing a fixed schedule
Preparing ahead of the lesson with our provided materials
Delivering fun and friendly lessons to students
Completing daily attendance and feedback
Responding promptly to communication from colleagues and students

Pay rate: $12-$15 an hour.

Hours Needed: 4PM-10PM Costa Rica time, Monday through Friday.

You can set your schedule as long as it is during the mentioned time.

Peak time: 5PM-9PM CRT.

Minimum hours: 15 hours per week.

Students: We teach both kids and adults in individual, pair, or group classes, but our student community is mainly formed by adult students.

Position Type: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Workplace: Remote Employment

Tech Requirements:

CPU 2.3GHz or more | RAM 4GB or more
Internet: 30Mbps downloads - 20Mbps uploads

Qualifications:

English Speaker
TEFL or similar certification
At least 1 year of teaching English experience

Recommended:

Some Spanish (not required)
