About the Role
SPICUS CO LTD is hiring enthusiastic Online ESL Teachers to teach Korean students from anywhere in the world. This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility, stability, and cultural connection, allowing you to work remotely while engaging with motivated learners.
You’ll teach one-on-one and small group classes via Zoom, with students ranging from young learners to adults, during peak Korean Standard Time (KST) hours.

Your Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive online English lessons
Teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
Motivate students using creative and engaging techniques
Adapt lessons based on student needs and levels
Use Zoom tools effectively for dynamic online classes
Maintain professionalism and punctuality

Requirements
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of teaching experience (young learners or adults)
Fluent English speaker (all nationalities welcome)
Strong ability to engage and motivate students
Proficiency with Zoom and online teaching tools
Reliable high-speed internet and professional teaching setup
Preferred:
TESOL, TEFL, or TEYL certification
Experience with gamification tools (e.g., Kahoot!, Quizlet)
Background in business English or corporate training
Familiarity with Korean culture or language
Salary & Benefits
Hourly Rate: Up to $7.50–$21.00/hour (depending on class type)
Session-Based Pay:
Zoom Classes: $1.25–$2.75 per 10-minute session
Junior Video Classes: $2.50–$3.50 per 10-minute session
Flexible schedule based on availability
Teaching materials provided (with room for creativity)
Structured onboarding (mock class, orientation, equipment check)
