Simple English with Gilbert is currently seeking confident and engaging Online English Teachers to conduct conversation-based ESL classes for adult learners. This is a relaxed, low-prep teaching role ideal for teachers who enjoy discussion-based lessons rather than heavy grammar instruction.


Position Highlights

  • Rate: $35 USD per student per month

  • Class Size: 4 students per class

  • Monthly Earnings per Class: $140 USD

  • Teaching Time:

    • 2 lessons per week

    • Each lesson is 1.5 hours

    • Approx. 12 teaching hours per month per class

  • Estimated Hourly Rate: ~ $11 USD per hour


Payment Details

  • Paid monthly, after one full month of lessons is completed

  • Payment methods:

    • PayPal

    • Paysend

    • Western Union

    • Bank Transfer (Wise not accepted)


Student Time Zone & Schedule

  • Students Location: Azerbaijan

  • Time Zone: AZT (UTC +4)

  • Main Class Time: Between 18:00 – 22:00 AZT

  • Daytime classes are also available for teachers who prefer earlier hours

  • Levels: Intermediate and above

  • Age Range: From 14 years old to adults

  • Students are carefully grouped by:

    • English level

    • Personality

  • Prefer natural communication over grammar-heavy instruction

  • Are friendly, relaxed, and engaging in class
