Teacher Requirements

• Native English speaker (UK, US, Canada)

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience

• TESOL/TEFL certification preferred

• Peak availability: 6:00–9:00 PM Singapore Time

Our Hiring Process

Step 1: Apply

Submit your application form and record a short introduction video so we can get to know you.

Step 2: Pre-Interview Preparation

Within one working day, we’ll send you links to download our platform, watch our pre-interview video course, and schedule your interview.

Step 3: Interview & Training

You’ll meet with our team for an initial interview, followed by a training session that introduces you to our teaching materials and methodology.

Step 4: Demo Lesson

After training, you’ll conduct a demo lesson to ensure you're comfortable with our platform and teaching approach.

Step 5: Join the Team

Once your demo is approved, you’re officially part of the Pinata Education family and ready to start teaching your regular classes!
