About the Position
Online English Teachers play a key role in helping adult learners build confidence in their English communication skills. Teachers deliver lessons, tailor their approaches to individual student needs, and cultivate a positive, interactive learning atmosphere.
The role requires creativity, adaptability, and strong communication abilities to ensure high engagement and student motivation. Ideal candidates are patient, innovative, and skilled at simplifying concepts to make learning enjoyable.
Location: Remote, online Schedule: Flexible Student Ages: 18–55 Program Focus: English for Saudi and Arab learners
This program offers a modern and flexible learning experience. Students can join live group classes daily based on their availability and proficiency. Each session is independent, allowing students to participate without worrying about previous lessons or continuity. The structure encourages confidence, accessibility, and a stress-free learning process.
Teaching Options
Group Classes: Teachers select from a set schedule and conduct live sessions with groups of varying sizes.
Private One-on-One Lessons: Students are assigned based on the teacher’s preferred availability.
Combined Teaching: Teachers may choose to teach both group and private lessons for greater variety and income opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Teach English to non-native speakers using engaging, student-centered methods.
Adapt lessons based on student proficiency and learning needs.
Develop and deliver interactive, innovative lessons.
Use TPR and other strategies to support beginner comprehension.
Create customized materials when necessary.
Maintain a friendly, encouraging classroom environment.

Payment Structure
Hourly pay increases based on cumulative teaching hours and maintaining a 4.5/5 rating:
$8/hour for the first 30 hours
$10/hour after 30 hours, up to 150 hours
$12/hour once the teacher exceeds 150 total hours
Requirements
Mandatory
TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience (online experience preferred).
Fluent English with clear pronunciation.
Patience and adaptability when teaching beginners.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adjust to different learning styles.
Strong online classroom management.
Reliable internet, quality camera, and clear microphone.
Preferred
Experience teaching Arab learners, especially beginners.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Ability to teach adults in group and private settings.
