About the Role
In this role, you will:
Deliver online English lessons covering various topics, including drama, speech, English culture, phonics, and STEM.
Complete scheduled classes by following the provided lesson material and teaching guide.
Teach in various class sizes: 1v1, 1v2, and group classes.
Work with young learners aged 6-15.
Commit to at least 6 hours, which equals 12 time slots a week, during prime learning hours.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you need:
A Bachelor’s degree or above. We also accept senior college students who are about to complete their degrees within 6 months.
A TEFL, TESOL, CELTA certificate, or a valid state/provincial teaching license.
Requirements
We expect you to have:
A wired, high-speed, and stable internet connection, a working computer, and headsets.
Punctuality, responsibility, good communication skills, and an easy-going personality.
A demonstrated respect for the values, cultural differences, and expectations of parents.
Teaching experience in K-12 or ESL settings is preferred.
Work Schedule
The following times are in Beijing Time (GMT+8). Availability within these times is required:
Monday to Friday: Between 6 PM and 9 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Between 8:30 AM and 11 AM; 2 PM and 9 PM
Candidates must commit to at least 6 hours, which equals 12 time slots a week, during prime learning hours.
