Your Role:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS preparation lessons (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).

  • Teach group-based English classes for students aged 16+.

  • Provide personalized feedback to help students improve.

  • Track progress and tailor lessons to individual learning needs.

  • Conduct IELTS speaking and writing mock tests (with additional pay).

  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

  • Stay up-to-date with IELTS trends and best teaching practices.


What We’re Looking For:

✅ TESL/TESOL/CELTA certification (required).

✅ 3+ years of ESL or IELTS teaching experience (recent graduates with strong qualifications will also be considered).

✅ Native-level English proficiency (Applicants from Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand are highly encouraged to apply).

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

✅ Strong knowledge of IELTS exam strategies and assessment criteria.

✅ Passionate, patient, and energetic educator who inspires students.

✅ Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.


Technical & Environment Requirements:

  • High English proficiency.

  • Laptop or PC with a webcam.

  • Headset with a microphone for clear communication.

  • Stable internet connection.

  • Quiet, professional teaching environment with a plain background.


Working Hours (Uzbekistan Time, GMT+5):

📅 Monday to Sunday: 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM

⏳ Minimum availability: 30 hours per month.


Compensation & Benefits:

💰 $15 - $30 USD per hour (based on experience).

📄 Extra pay for conducting speaking and writing mock exams.
