Position Overview
EPIK teachers serve as cultural ambassadors, helping Korean students develop English language skills and engage with diverse perspectives.
Your role will include:
Planning and delivering engaging English lessons focused on speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Collaborating with Korean co-teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
Participating in school events and activities to build strong connections with students and staff.

Salary and benefits
Salary: 2.2 million – 2.7 million KRW per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Housing: Free furnished housing or a housing allowance if you prefer to rent independently.
Additional Benefits: Health insurance (50% covered by the employer).One-month severance pay upon completing the contract.
Paid Vacation: 18-26 days of paid vacation, plus national holidays.
Comprehensive orientation with cultural and teaching training.
Renewal bonus available for contract extensions (eligibility required).
Requirements
To qualify for the EPIK program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Citizenship: Applicants must be citizens of one of these countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in one of the seven designated countries.
TEFL/TESOL Certification: A minimum of 100 hours of TEFL/TESOL training (if no prior teaching experience).Background Check: A clean criminal record with no prior convictions.
