Inner Mongolia Little London English School, established in 2001, is a leading education and training institution approved by the Education Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Job Profile

Requirements:

• Native English speaker or near-native fluency

• Bachelor’s degree minimum (Master’s preferred)

• 1–2 years of work experience, ideally in teaching

• Clean criminal record

• TEFL/TESOL certification

• Age 25–60

• Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans and deliver engaging classes for students aged 4–15

• Adapt instruction to individual learner needs

• Conduct assessments to track student progress

• Organize extracurricular activities

• Adhere to Chinese laws and school regulations
