About the Company
Inner Mongolia Little London English School, established in 2001, is a leading education and training institution approved by the Education Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Job Profile
Requirements:
Native English speaker or near-native fluency
Bachelor’s degree minimum (Master’s preferred)
1–2 years of work experience, ideally in teaching
Clean criminal record
TEFL/TESOL certification
Age 25–60
Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Develop lesson plans and deliver engaging classes for students aged 4–15
Adapt instruction to individual learner needs
Conduct assessments to track student progress
Organize extracurricular activities
Adhere to Chinese laws and school regulations
