We Are Hiring – Online ESL Teacher (Young Learners)

Rainbow English is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English to young learners aged 4–10 years old and a passion for creating engaging, child-friendly lessons.

📌 About the Role:

• Teach regular students in fixed weekly classes

• Deliver engaging lessons using provided materials and training

• Build long-term relationships with students

• Classes are scheduled between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Beijing Time)

• Teachers are expected to commit 4–8 hours per week (weekdays and/or weekends)

✅ Requirements:

• Native speakers from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand (non-native speakers accepted with an American, British, or neutral accent)

• Experience working with an ESL platform

• TEFL certification

• Access to a laptop and a colourful, engaging teaching background

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable and able to attend fixed weekly classes consistently

• Warm, friendly, and comfortable working with young children
